Pure Krav Maga is a practical and comprehensive self-defence system that develops your instinct to react and defend yourself effectively under pressure from a range of threats, such as unarmed strikes, chokes, knives, guns and sticks. 👉 No prior experience needed – most members start from scratch and see progress after just a few sessions. Training builds practical technique, situational awareness, and the mindset to protect yourself and others.

📖 What You Will Learn - 26/27

Our syllabus is modular and progressive, so you’ll build solid foundations before advancing:

Term 1: Unarmed Strikes – punches, kicks and defences against unarmed strikes

Term 2: Knife Defence - defending yourself from knife attacks from various angles

Intensive day-long seminars (2 per term):

• Close-Range Scenarios – Escaping chokes, grabs & holds

• Ground Survival – Falling safely & getting up fast, defending yourself on the ground if necessary

• Blunt Weapon Defence – Defences against sticks, bats & improvised weapons

• Firearm Threats – Survival principles for pistol and rifle threats

Training Format & Dates

• 2/10 (Fri) Free Give It a Go session (18:15-19:15 or 19:30-20:30 at SAF 121) - Sign up here!

• Fridays 20:00-22:00 (starting 9/10), Beit Union Gym: Weekly sessions with Master Mohammed, a qualified Advanced Senior Master Instructor. You will see technique demos, then practice the technique in pairs or in groups.
