Friends of David Nott Foundation (FDNF) Imperial is a student-led society dedicated to humanitarian surgery, trauma medicine and healthcare in conflict and resource-limited settings.

We aim to raise awareness of the David Nott Foundation and its work providing specialist surgical training to doctors working in conflict and disaster zones, while creating opportunities for students to learn about global health, humanitarian medicine and the challenges of delivering care in difficult environments.

Through talks, workshops, discussions, fundraising and collaborative events, we hope to build a community of students interested in medicine beyond the classroom and the role healthcare professionals can play in humanitarian settings.
